About Us

At Benni, we want to transform the way businesses provide workplace benefits. We believe that there’s a better way for businesses to offer more benefits to more of their people and for employees to be helped to learn about and choose their benefits.

We are part of the Unum Group of Companies, so we have over 50 years of understanding of the UK market and over 50 years of experience in delivering voluntary (employee-paid) benefits solutions in the United States.

We believe in better

Benni delivers a simple and convenient way for employers and employees to enjoy a more supportive, rewarding and productive working relationship together.

Benni helps businesses give all their employees, whatever their role and seniority, access to a choice of employee benefits that protect their health and lifestyle and save them money every day through access to retail discounts.

By enabling employees to really understand what’s available, we can help businesses that value all their people, discover a transformational way to provide them with a broader benefits offering, without having to substantially change the way they manage their workforce and operations.
